Support from BAK to Congolese students date : 28/02/2008 |

Loyal to its vocation to support any initiative that has a positive impact on the conservation of the biodiversity of Katanga, BAK decided to support two students from the university of Lubumbashi holding a 'DEA' (equivalent of master degree) in Plant Biology and Environment, and involved in research work to obtain their PhD.
A grant was given to M. Mylor Ngoy Shutcha whose study is on the « Phytostabilisation of soils contaminated by heavy metals of Katanga » and to M. Michel Mpundu Mubemba whose study is on the « Study of soils contaminated by metallic dusts from the Gecamines Chimney Etude and their phytoremediation ».
BAK commits itself to support these students until the obtention of their diploma. |
