Description :   Very similar to C. galactotes. Differs in having less boldly black-streaked back and in being larger.  
     
Habitat :   Marshes devoid of trees.

Life history :   The male emits its call from the top of a reed or sometimes during its display horizontal and zigzag flight. Breeding takes places during the rainy season.
