Description :   Pretty little forest apalis with golden brown upperparts and yellow breast contrasting with the blue-grey head. Eye is circled with yellow. Male has a small black triangle separating the yellow breast from the white belly.

Diet :   This bird, common in Katanga, is often seen foraging in the trees' crown looking for small insects.  
     
Life history :   Nests here from September to May.
