Support from BAK to Congolese students

  Loyal to its vocation to support any initiative that has a positive impact on the conservation of the biodiversity of Katanga, BAK decided to support two students from the university of Lubumbashi holding a 'DEA' (equivalent of master degree) in Plant Biology and Environment, and involved in research work to obtain their PhD.
A grant was given to M. Mylor Ngoy Shutcha whose study is on the Phytostabilisation of soils contaminated by heavy metals of Katanga and to M. Michel Mpundu Mubemba whose study is on the Study of soils contaminated by metallic dusts from the Gecamines Chimney Etude and their phytoremediation .
BAK commits itself to support these students until the obtention of their diploma.
