Description :   Male has a pale grey body. Very similar to the Montagu's Harrier but can be distinguished by the lack of streaking on the flanks and belly and the lack of a black bar on the secondaries. Tip of mings is black. Female is brown and has whitish cheeks with a black line through the eye.

Behaviour :   Migratory bird present here during the northern hemisphere's winter (from November to April).

Life history :   Nests in palearctic regions, not in Katanga.
